We are looking for a motivated Node.js & MongoDB Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of server-side JavaScript, backend development, and database management using MongoDB.
Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend applications using Node.js

Build RESTful APIs using Express.js

Work with asynchronous programming concepts such as async/await

Handle application errors and ensure proper error handling

Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot issues and improve system performance
Must Have

Basic proficiency in Python (OOP, functions, error handling)

Strong understanding of MongoDB concepts (documents, collections, indexes)
- Understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Ability to work with Git for version control

Strong problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn
Nice to have

Exposure to Django/Flask or other Python web frameworks
- Knowledge of JavaScript (for Odoo frontend customization)
- Experience with Linux/Ubuntu and basic server management
- Familiarity with Docker for Odoo deployment/testing.
- Basic understanding of ERP concepts (e.g., workflows, reporting)
